What are some of the greatest achievements that you have seen from your students?

They can speak English very well and they can develop required skills for listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

What are the major challenges that remain within the education system in India?

The major challenges are changes to the syllabus and improving the image of the education system.

How are you preparing your students today so that they can embrace the challenges of tomorrow?

I can prepare my students by connecting them to the internet and improving their knowledge and skill today and tomorrow.  Getting them more information and updating their knowledge will allow them to embrace any challenges.

How do you motivate parents to be more involved in their child’s education?

I explain the importance of education in the 21st century.  What would be the future of children?  If they are educated, they can live with a new generation and they are capable to face circumstances so they can be proud of themselves.

What is the most difficult part of teaching?

These days most students are fast forward so sometimes we are not up to their level and we cannot understand what they want to do.  We do not understand their feelings.  I think these are the most difficult parts of teaching.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I would like to see myself highly post as a Principal and an English lecturer in college.
